5 Reasons Eating Healthy is Easier Than You Think

People make is sound like eating healthy is the hardest thing known to man. The truth is it is all about the mind set. If you want to eat healthy and look good you can. Today I will be giving a couple of tips to add to your daily routine to make you feel like the best you.

1. No need for a real diet eat real food. When it come to fast food stay away. It will not fill you up and it does not give your any real nutrition. Home cooked meals will always be your safest option. You know what you put in your food and how much you can consume. If you hate cooking you can sign up in a healthy monthly subscription box. These boxes will contain snack and full meal preps. It will also tell you how much to eat and when to eat it.

2. Substitute all carbonated drinks with water. It will keep your body feeling better and your stomach full. A bottle of Coke contains 39g of sugar which is already exceeding your daily dose of sugar. Men should have roughly around 37g a day while woman should have around 27g a day. Carbonated drinks will also cause your teeth to decay faster leaving you with an unhappy yellow smile.

3. If you cannot pronounce an ingredient I would recommend not eating it. This fact should just be common sense to everyone. If you do not know what something is try searching it up and reading what is in it.

4. We all have the internet under our finger tips. If you are ever confused or uncertain on what to eat you can google it. If you are too lazy to go to the gym, go on you tube and do a 30 minute ab workout. When it comes to meal prepping, and you do not know what to add, search up healthy options. The internet has anything, just use it wisely.

5. Limit your temptations none of us are pigs. Keep track of what you eat and do not over eat or under eat. Try to not buy sweets or junk to avoid your sweet cravings, instead eat some fruit. When you want something to munch on, eat an apple instead of a bag of chips.

At the end of the day, keeping your body clean is honestly not that hard if you put a little effort in it. Just by eating good food, watching your sugar amount, knowing what goes in your food, using the internet when confused, and most importantly limit your temptations. Always start off small and easy and then you will see yourself just adding it to your normal lifestyle.
