My name is Qais Kattom. I am 17 and I go to Dunlap High School. Back when I was 14 I weighed 220. I personally have to say seeing those number made me in tears. One day I finally went for a run and it really changed my whole life. After I started running I wanted to start eating healthy. Little by little I started to like who I was. It took lots of time and effort, but it was worth it at the end.
