Easy Fitness

If your new to fitness take it slow. Over working your body can end up harming you rather than helping you. To start off with let's explore some ideas to help you through this adventure.


1. Light Jog - Go for an hour jog at least 2 times a week. While jogging if you get too exhausted it's perfectly fine to take a break and start walking, just always keep your body moving.

2. Jump Rope - Jump rope is my to go to for exercise, mainly because you can pace yourself and it works the entire body. It is a lot better than just wasting time and effort on a treadmill. My favorite part about it is that you can do it at almost any time of the day.

3. Being Active - Walking and standing burns more calories than anyone would really expect. Rather than sitting down all the time, try getting up and walking around your a house a few times. If it is a really lazy day do this once every hour, but I would recommend once every 30 min.
